Tips for a healthy life:

You should:
· Do exercise.
· Eat healthy food.
· Sleep eight hours 
· Sit properly.
· Do puzzle.

You shouldn't:
· Eat junk food.
· Get stressed.
·Smoke.
· Consume drugs.
· Drunk fizzy, alcohol, caffeine...
· Watch a lot of TV.
