You must to be guided for the Food Pyramid:
The firs level is the most important, it includes bread, cereals, rice and pasta, and you should eat it everyday .The second level are for fruits and vegetables, you should eat it five times a day.The third level includes dairy, (milk, yougurt, cheese…) meat and fish.And last, the fourth level, it contains fats and sugar, you shouldn’t eat it everyday.
You shouldn’t eat a lot of chocolate, candy, sweets, fats, fizzy drinks or junk food like hamburguers, hot dogs etc.
Why sport is so important to be a healthy life?There are some reasons as why sport is important. It is important because it helps you have a better health compared to people who avoid sports. It also helps utilize your free time in doing something good. It heightens sharpness of mind as well mental strength and also teaches you to be alert all the time.
Eating disordersThere are many eating disorders that arise mainly from 14 to 20 years old. The most common are: Bulimia: experience voracious attacks to come followed by fasting or vomiting to counteract excessive intake.
Anorexia: is characterized by a high weight loss due to extreme diets and the use of purging (vomiting, excessive exercise). These people have altered body image overestimating the size of any part of their body.
